Can I sign up tours that go to Mount Fuji area or Shirakawago area?
Yes, you can sign up for the tour to Mount Fuji area or Shirakawago area. With “Sunrise Tours”, we also handle various other tours.

I would like to see snow. I would like to play skiing or sledding.
During the winter season, we have bus tour with a set of skiing and sledding.
Do you sell tickets for the Sagano Romantic train?
Yes, we do.
Please enjoy beautiful natural scenery of Kyoto.
What kind of transportation passes do you handle?
Nearly all kinds: Osaka tour passes, Kansai through passes, Kyoto-Osaka passes, Hankyu, Osaka-Kobe, etc. (There are some passes we do not handle, so please contact us.)
Do you handle post-arrival sightseeing tours?
We take reservations for Sunrise Tours and regular sightseeing tours, etc.
Do you do JR pass exchanges?
We do not do JR pass exchanges, but we take orders for JR West passes that can be issued domestically in Japan.
Can you do multilingual consultations?
Our staff can speak English, Chinese, and Korean. It is possible for us to communicate in other languages using translation machine.
There are so many kinds of passes; I don’t really understand them.
If you inform us of your travel itinerary, the number of days you will be staying, etc., we will recommend you the most suitable transportation pass(es).
