【Notice of Information Center Closure】

Dear Customers,

We regret to inform you that our information center will be closing on March　31, 2026.
Since its establishment on June 1, 2015, as a tourist information center dedicated to international visitors to Japan, we have had the privilege of serving a great number of customers for over 10 years.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who has visited our information center
From April 1, 2026, tourist information and other services for international visitors will continue to be available at the following locations:

• For refund procedures, the credit card used for the purchase and the corresponding credit card statement are required. (Please note that refunds cannot be processed without a receipt.)
• A prescribed refund fee will be applied.
• Refunds for JR tickets purchased with JTB travel vouchers (JTB Nice Trip) will also be handled at this office.
• Refunds for train tickets and express tickets are limited to unused tickets within their validity period.
• Refunds for boat/bus tickets, accommodation vouchers, and sightseeing tickets are only available prior to the commencement of the trip.
